We were in luck because Ben, the owner, was so gracious and told us he had a room available. Ben communicated to us all the details of our stay so that checking in was a breeze! "My husband and I spent a few days here in January and loved this place. We were in the State room. It was ope and large with a great fireplace (very nice in winter in Wisconsin) Very clean and quiet. Check in was easy. Location is perfect to eat, drink, and shop!! We'll definitely be back"

"The ambassador is an amazing suite. So many amazing little touches to the room that make it so comfortable and adorable. We loved the gas fireplace and of course the amazing hot tub and shower. Comfortable bed and soft towels. Very communicative owners that gave great instruction and we knew if we needed anything they’d be there to help.
